Given the danger posed by the Ryan pick, I am hesitant to push alternative candidates but, for the very reasons noted in this interview from Truthout, I feel it is worthy of consideration. The main problem with alternative candidates, whether Jill Stein, Stewart Alexander, or Rocky Anderson is that they cannot pull enough support to be heard, much less, to get elected. Nevertheless, Rocky Anderson is saying what many on the left know but are afraid to say -- and he is actively building coalition support and getting endorsements from other progressive parties. whether you vote for Obama or an alternative, it needs to be said and heard.
